A well-made design is effective in communication. It amplifies and adds to its content in an effort to influence users' perception by leveraging the power of psycho-visual trends. But is that the only job of a designer's work?

I believe that "designer" is too broad a term for most who may identify as such -not because it doesn't specify a discipline, but because it leaves out so much personal meaning for their motive and message. I strive to fulfill what I believe to be the traits of a designer; objectively driven yet creatively meticulous, capable of being mundane in task yet theoretical in purpose, and establishing a practice and plan while pursuing a further understanding. These are all driving factors that simple terminology cannot define.

My objective is not simply to make aesthetically pleasing art, nor is it to follow the straight and narrow; formatting all content to its highest comprehensible efficiency. It's not even to strike a balance of the two in a compromise. The purpose that motivates me is finding the ability to push each realm to their limit; inventing ways in which both creativity and ingenuity can propel each other forward to create a far more influential version of every piece that I design. At least, that is my goal, though I am still (and always will be) learning.
